Do you want an active summer job where you work closely with people and thrive in an environment where things are happening? During the high season, our pools are filled with visitors of all ages, and we are looking for you who want to contribute to a safe, well-functioning, and welcoming facility together with us.

Your Role

As a lifeguard/pool attendant, you are an important part of the operation and work with both safety and service in your daily tasks. You move around the entire facility and keep an eye on both people and the environment.

This means that you:

• Work with pool surveillance with a focus on preventing accidents
• Meet and help visitors in various situations
• Are responsible for order and comfort in the pool and changing rooms
• Work at the reception when needed
• Perform simple cleaning and service tasks

Your Experience

We are looking for you who have the right basic prerequisites to handle the task and feel confident in a water environment and in meeting people.

You:

• Are a competent swimmer and can swim 200 meters, including at least 50 meters on your back without stopping
• Can dive to a depth of 1.8 meters and retrieve a dummy from the bottom
• Master Swedish in speech and writing
• Have experience from pools, health clubs, or service work
• Have lifesaving skills and are prepared to take a test as part of the recruitment process

It is an advantage if you have worked in an indoor pool, in a service profession, or with children and young people.

Employment

• Fixed-term employment from June 15 to August 15, 2026
• Part-time, approximately 18 hours per week
• Working hours during the day, evening, and every other weekend according to schedule
