Bath Attendant at Höör Swimming and Sports Centre

Höör Swimming and Sports Centre is the facility for those who enjoy swimming, wellness, and sports activities. In our facility, we offer swimming schools, school swimming programs, and water fitness. The swimming hall features a 25-meter pool with five lanes, a smaller pool for activities such as water aerobics, a bubble pool, a children's pool, a steam sauna, and a water slide.

Our intention is to make it pleasant, clean, and safe for visitors to come to our facility. We place great emphasis on good customer service, safety, and a high hygiene standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a bath attendant, you will conduct swimming lessons, lifeguarding, cleaning, and other common tasks within the scope of the swimming hall's operations. We offer a varied and free-flowing job that requires you to take significant personal responsibility. The facility is open every day of the week, and work is performed according to a schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts (every other weekend).

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with good swimming skills and confidence in the water, as a lifeguard test will be conducted at our facility. You have experience working as a swimming instructor and are accustomed to planning and conducting swimming lessons. Furthermore, you have experience with water fitness and feel comfortable leading water sessions for different target groups. Important qualities are that you are service-oriented, flexible, self-reliant, and have good collaboration skills.
