About the role

Are you an experienced HVAC engineer with solid technical competence and an interest in finding smart and sustainable solutions? We are looking for you to take responsibility for developing and leading HVAC solutions and contributing to the development of tomorrow's buildings and infrastructure. Here you will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with both customers and colleagues, while developing your own skills.

Your new position

You will become part of the unit Building Services Stockholm & South, which consists of approximately 40 employees. We are part of our global Service Line, Industry and Infrastructure Facilities, where we primarily work on large projects within industry, infrastructure, and water treatment plants – often in multidisciplinary teams. Our organizational structure enables close collaboration across competencies and national borders, allowing us to mobilize the right expertise for each assignment – regardless of where it is located within the organization. For you, this means great opportunities to participate in projects where the latest technology and sustainable solutions are in focus.

Examples of tasks:

• Development of technical solutions in various assignments
• Design, coordination, and project management in assignments
• Establish and deepen customer relationships and create new business opportunities with both existing and new customers
• Contribute to knowledge transfer within the group and the business area.

Whether you want to take greater leadership in projects by driving assignments and leading the team towards common goals, or if you prefer to dive deeper into technical issues and contribute with your specialist competence, there is room for you to grow with us.

About you

• +10 years of experience in HVAC design, handling, and/or project management
• Relevant technical education in HVAC
• Experience in a consultant role, and thrive in dialogue with the customer
• A solution-oriented approach and ability to collaborate in national and international teams
• Good communication skills, both in Swedish and English.
