ABOUT THE ROLE This position involves working in a dynamic and customer-oriented logistics environment where you ensure smooth and efficient inbound and outbound deliveries. You play a central role in daily contact with customers and carriers, handling order management, transport booking, documentation, and administrative support on an ongoing basis.

You are responsible for following up on deliveries, tracking goods, and handling discrepancies and claims in a service-oriented and structured manner. The role also involves reporting on volumes and KPIs, while contributing to order, quality, and continuity in the logistics flow.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment where customer service, collaboration, and problem-solving are key, and where administrative tasks are a natural part of your daily routine.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support and help resolve customer and business-related issues
• Administer and follow up on customer orders in various WMS systems
• Book and optimize transports in TA-systems and carriers' web platforms
• Create and quality-assure transport documents and handle customs-related matters
• Ensure outgoing deliveries meet established schedules and service levels
• Conduct inventory counts and system-based stock monitoring

Location: 100% on-site in Norrköping

ABOUT YOU You are a service-oriented and curious person with the right attitude and a potential interest in logistics. Even without formal logistics education, you easily grasp workflows and approach tasks with a solution-oriented and positive mindset. You have experience in service, administration, and customer contact, and thrive in a role where the customer is at the center. As a person, you are structured, detail-oriented, and clear in your communication, even under high pressure. You are flexible and adaptable in an environment where workflows can change quickly.

• Experience from warehouse and logistics operations, including stock care and inventory, is preferred
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Proficient in using SharePoint, as well as managing email, Teams, and telephony
• Very good computer and system skills, including MS Office with a special focus on Excel
• Excellent Swedish and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Experienced in working in teams with strong collaboration skills
• Experience in customs handling is a plus

A category B driver's license and access to a personal car are recommended for this role, as public transport to the area is limited and does not operate with frequent departures.
