About Stockholms Studenters Idrottsförening (SSIF)

Stockholms Studenters Idrottsförening (SSIF) is an independent student sports association. The club offers sports activities primarily aimed at students, but anyone aged 18 and over with an interest in training is welcome to participate in the club's activities.

SSIF runs a broad range of activities, including recreational sports divided by skill level and group training.

The highest decision-making body of the association is the general meeting. Under this, a board operates, led by a chairman. The day-to-day work of the association is managed by an office. The club also has approximately 80-85 volunteers working as coaches and ambassadors.

We are now looking for more people who want to be part of our activities and contribute to a positive experience for our members.

This role is suitable for you if you are service-oriented, social, and enjoy representing the association in various contexts. The majority of the role involves helping out in our reception during evenings and weekends, but you may also assist at events, trade fairs, and other activities the association participates in. The role includes responding to incoming emails, providing customer service to our members, and acting as a good ambassador for the club. If you have experience in similar service roles and are interested in fitness, we consider this a merit.

This is not an employment position, but a voluntary assignment on an as-needed basis with an allowance. The need is approximately 6 hours per week during the high season (September–January). This suits students, sports enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a flexible side gig.
