Are you an analytical and structured talent who wants to understand how technology, regulatory frameworks, and human behavior interact to create business-critical resilience?
At Humanit, you get more than just a job – you gain a permanent place in our X-Team and direct access to the industry’s leading experts. We offer a unique work environment where you sit in direct connection with the Head of X-Team, CISO, CDO, and CIO. For an ambitious analyst, this short distance to management provides an unparalleled foundation for rapid development, deep business understanding, and early insight into how strategic decisions are made. Here, strict professionalism and regulatory compliance are combined with warm, non-hierarchical mentorship and genuine care for one another.
The Role and Your Development
As an Analyst, you will become an integrated part of the X-Team’s structured delivery. You will work side by side with senior mentors on complex client assignments ranging from proactive risk management to sharp incident handling. The role requires precision, methodology, and strong analytical skills, as you gradually grow into independently driving parts of our deliveries.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analysis & Documentation: Conduct GAP analyses and methodically document customers' current security work against relevant standards.
- Governance & Frameworks: Contribute to the design of policies, guidelines, and processes within systematic information security work.
- Project Support: Participate in implementations, audits, as well as the planning and execution of incident management exercises.
- Communication: Translate and convey complex security and risk issues clearly and structured to both technical specialists and business operations.
Who Are You?
We are looking for you who are methodical, quality-conscious, and thrive in an environment where the demands for correctness are high, but team camaraderie and support are second nature. You have a strong inner drive, take responsibility for your own knowledge acquisition, and have the ability to maintain a structured approach even when the pace picks up.
What We Expect:
- Education: Academic degree (Bachelor or Master) in cybersecurity, information security, or equivalent, preferably with a focus on GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways.
- Threat & Risk Understanding: A good basic understanding of the cyber threat landscape and the ability to conduct structured dialogues regarding risks.
- Standards & Regulations: Theoretical or practical knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR.
- Technical Orientation: A good technical understanding that allows you to communicate seamlessly with security architects and technical experts without being a technician yourself.
- Communication & Language: Very strong analytical skills and an unwavering ability to communicate and document business matters professionally in both Swedish and English.
- Integrity: High personal integrity and reliability, as the role involves security clearance.
Meritorious Experience (Extra Plus):
- 1–3 years of practical experience from relevant internships, thesis projects, or junior roles.
- Interest in or knowledge of regulatory developments within AI security.
- Familiarity with sector-specific regulations such as DORA, PCI/DSS, or others.
- Permanent employment
- Collective agreement
- Maximized wellness allowance
Security Clearance: Security clearance will be conducted.
Start: Immediately, subject to notice period and completion of security clearance.
Location: Stockholm or Gothenburg with possibilities for some remote work.
Application: We are recruiting continuously. So send in your application today!
