If you are motivated by providing excellent service and are fluent in Danish and Swedish, there is now an opportunity to join BookBeat's support team as an agent. This is a perfect part-time job for students, as you can work from home on a flexible schedule. Apply today!
About the role
Currently, BookBeat's support team consists of a mix of German-, Swedish-, Polish-, Danish-, Dutch-, and Finnish-speaking support agents who work together to provide the best possible service to BookBeat users. BookBeat is growing and needs to expand the Danish part of the support team. The need is long-term, and shifts are scheduled primarily on weekdays, though weekends may also be required. The role is flexible as you can work from anywhere, so it is not tied to an office. We are looking for someone who can work at least 20 hours per week.
What we offer
As customer support, you will primarily answer questions from Danish, Swedish, and English-speaking customers in BookBeat's web-based support system. This may include questions about how the service works, technical issues, account settings, sales inquiries, etc. For the most common questions, you will have ready-made email templates to use when responding to customers. Your tasks will include:
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries regarding content, account settings, and sales from the company's customers via email.
- Respond to customer inquiries in BookBeat's social media channels.
We are looking for someone who
- Is studying at a post-secondary level and has at least one year of studies remaining.
- Has lived or worked in Denmark.
- Has previous experience in customer service and administrative work.
- Can work at least 20 hours per week.
- Has very good skills in Swedish, Danish, and English, both spoken and written.
It is also highly meritorious if you
- Have knowledge of Polish, German, or Norwegian.
As a person, you are interested in literature and skilled at expressing yourself in writing. You are curious about learning how things work and have a good sense for customer service and customer interaction. Since the work is independent, you must also have good problem-solving skills, be communicative, and be willing to take initiative.
Our recruitment process
This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the position be sent to Academic Work.
We conduct ongoing selection and will remove the ad when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the role and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
