About the role

We are now looking for engaged and driven machine operators for Santa Maria's spice factory in Mölndal. The work is scheduled in two shifts, Monday to Friday, where the morning shift is between 06:50 and 15:00 (Fridays until 14:40) and the afternoon shift is between 15:00 and 23:30 (Fridays until 19:10).

The position is a consultancy employment with Adecco, but you will perform your work at Santa Maria in Mölndal.

As an operator, your tasks will vary slightly depending on which department you work in, but your main duties will include the following:

• Cleaning, checking, and setting up machines
• Assembly and disassembly of machine parts
• Responsible for the operation of a machine line
• Handling, filling, and emptying of raw materials

You will belong to either production, mixing, or filling. Both mixing and filling require good physical fitness as the work involves many heavy lifts.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and meticulous with a keen eye for detail. You have a strong safety mindset and are eager to take initiative within your area of responsibility. Since the work involves shift work, it is important that you are flexible and enjoy varying working hours.

Important requirements for the role:

• Previous experience as a process/machine operator
• You have a forklift license A2 (side loader)
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• You are organized, independent, and quality-conscious

Merits if you have:

• Previous experience in food production
• Technical competence
