The Nurse Organization in Nora is now looking for a Nurse/Community Nurse!

The Nurse Organization works with all of the municipality's special housing facilities for the elderly, as well as with home healthcare and LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

The Nurse Organization works with the following operations:

Tullbackagården

A centrally located residence. The apartments are distributed across three departments and two floors, including one short-term care department. Three nurses are responsible for care.

Hagby Ängar

Located close to nature on the outskirts of Nora. The residence consists of eight departments, including one short-term care department, divided into two ground-floor buildings. Residents here have dementia. Four nurses are responsible for care.

Home Healthcare/LSS

The municipality is divided into three districts: North, South, and Center. The Center group is based at Tullbackagården, and the North/South groups are based at the center house at Hagby Ängar.

Your future nursing colleagues in the municipality possess broad competence and years of professional experience. We have a total of five community nurses in the organization, and currently, several nurses are studying various specialist programs focusing on community care, psychiatry, and dementia care.

As a nurse in home healthcare, you are responsible for patients from 18 years of age who need health and medical care at home. The work is independent, varied, and offers room for both responsibility and development.

The municipality is divided into three districts: North, South, and Center, as well as a specific assignment for patients with LSS services.

This position is located in the North/South area together with three colleagues.

You work in a close team together with an occupational therapist, care staff, home care manager, operational support staff, and eligibility officer. Collaboration with doctors at Nora Health Center is a natural part of the work.

You will become part of a secure and competent nursing team with broad experience. We have several community nurses and other specialist nurses in the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Nurse or Community Nurse
• Ability to work independently and make own decisions
• Willingness to work close to the patient and contribute to secure and person-centered care
• Team-oriented and willing to contribute to a good work climate

Category B driver's license is required.
