Boards on Fire is a fast-growing company in an exciting phase of development. We are now looking for another Customer Success Manager who wants to help develop both our customer relationships and our business.
In this central role, you will not only ensure that our customers learn to use our solutions effectively, but you will also drive their continued development and our growth.
Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Boards on Fire, you are part of the team responsible for the entire customer journey from onboarding to long-term partnership. Our key customer group consists of companies in the manufacturing industry, both in Sweden and abroad. And this is the wonderful team you will work closest with 👇🏼
You work closely with our customers to:
- Ensure they get maximum value from Boards on Fire
- Identify areas for improvement and development potential
- Drive the further development of their solution over time
- Create business opportunities through upselling, customer workshops, and expansion to other parts of the organization
You are involved from the start when we welcome new customers, helping them get started and supporting them along the way. Through regular check-ins and dialogue, you build strong relationships and become a strategic partner for the customer.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding of new customers
- Product training and technical support
- Create support materials
- Monitor usage, impact, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams

We are looking for you:
Who has a technical interest and enjoys digital solutions. You have a strong business drive and thrive on developing long-term customer relationships. With a consultative approach, you are confident in challenging customers to move forward and create value over time. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your work, and drive your processes forward independently.
Above all, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
Requirements:
- Experience working with customer relations and preferably upselling
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
These are considered merits:
- A few years of experience in Customer Success or technical support
- Experience from the manufacturing industry
- Higher education degree

The position may involve travel.
