Sales Executive – Corporate Training for Heavy Vehicles, Jönköping and Skövde

VFG is a growing education company with approximately 100 employees, a turnover of 120 million SEK, and operations in four locations: Växjö, Jönköping, Karlshamn, and Skövde. We train the professional drivers, machine operators, and vehicle technicians of tomorrow – strengthening the industries that keep Sweden moving every single day.

As a Sales Executive with us, you will work with training programs for VFG Utbildning, offering a broad and varied portfolio to present to the market.

We are now looking for a driven Sales Executive based in Jönköping who wants to develop our corporate training offerings and contribute to VFG’s continued growth.

About the role

As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for developing and selling corporate training programs within heavy vehicles. You work closely with our customers to understand their needs and match them with VFG’s training offerings. The role involves both prospecting new clients and developing existing partnerships.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting, customer visits, and business meetings
  • Selling training programs to companies and organizations
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers
  • Handling quotations and follow-ups
  • Actively contributing to the development of our corporate training programs

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in sales, preferably B2B
  • Is communicative, relationship-oriented, and results-driven
  • Has an interest or background in transport, heavy vehicles, or education – advantageous but not required
  • Is self-motivated, structured, and enjoys driving business forward
  • Has a valid driver’s license (Category B) and preferably experience with business travel

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

We are looking for a person who is trustworthy, curious, and skilled at building long-term relationships with customers.

Location and scope

This is a full-time position based in Jönköping. The role may also involve travel to our other locations – Växjö, Skövde, and Karlshamn. A valid driver’s license is required. The position may be filled on a rolling basis, so do not wait to apply.
