At Bars Production AB, we develop and manufacture bars. These can vary in character, e.g., having multiple layers, fillings, different types of coatings, toppings, and they can also have different nutritional profiles such as high protein, low sugar, no added sugar, LCD, VLCD, Vegan, or anything else our customers desire.

We are a contract manufacturer; we do not have our own brand, but we collaborate with some of the leading brands in our industry.

About Us

The operations take place in our two factories in Gråbo, Lerum Municipality. Since our founding in 2003, we have been a growing company that has built our success with a clear focus on production, flexibility, and innovation. We currently have a turnover of approximately 130 million SEK, employ around 50 people, and have collective agreements. We are FSSC 22000 certified – which is one of the toughest certifications available for food safety – as well as certified for EU Organic, RSPO, and Rainforest Alliance.

In 2019, we were named "Company of the Year in Lerum Municipality".

Since 2022, we have been part of Humble Group, where together with several other companies, we share the vision of manufacturing future consumer products with health and sustainability in focus. The group includes several sister companies that contribute to an exciting and dynamic network with many opportunities.

About the Production

The production is line-based with several stations where every employee is a crucial part of maintaining the right quality and capacity. Our strength lies in our ability to flexibly deliver both large and small production series.

The staff is divided into teams, each with a responsible team leader.

About the Tasks

The tasks consist mainly of work at the stations on the production lines. Examples include weighing raw materials, mixing, extrusion, packaging, and palletizing, but also tasks surrounding this such as loading and unloading goods, retrieving raw materials, cleaning, and dishwashing.

About You

As a person, you are methodical, meticulous, and composed in stressful situations. You have good physical fitness (lifting occurs), and we place great value on humility and a cheerful attitude!

Since the production is line-based, it is important that you feel comfortable working in an environment where the pace can fluctuate. Previous experience with line production is an advantage.

Experience with forklifts is an advantage.
