Work as a Meeting Booker / Telemarketer from Home!

We are looking for someone who enjoys working remotely and has good experience using the phone as a tool.

A requirement for the position is that you have prior experience in meeting booking, telemarketing, customer service, or field sales, and are therefore accustomed to handling objections. You will be calling cold leads to generate interest in a meeting.

We see it as an advantage if you currently have your own business or F-tax status, but this is not a requirement.

About the Role

As a Meeting Booker / Client Booker, you will book meetings for well-known companies. Currently, we are focusing on booking meetings for real estate agents (e.g., free property valuations). Since you are offering a free and highly valued meeting, the conversion rate is high, giving experienced bookers fantastic opportunities to achieve great results quickly. The work involves making cold calls to clients via our dialer.

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
• Scope: Full-time only
• Location: Remote Work – This means you must be able to sit undisturbed and have all necessary equipment (computer, headset, and good internet connection).
• Salary: High commission based on the number of bookings. You are paid regardless of whether the meeting leads to a deal for the real estate agent. (No cap, no base salary, no guaranteed salary).
• Target Income: 25,000 - 45,000 SEK depending on performance.

Basic Requirements to Work with Us:

• Computer with a stable internet connection
• Headset for undisturbed phone conversations
• An ergonomic workspace at home where you will not be disturbed
• Fluent Swedish

• Experienced in calling cold leads
• Goal-oriented and competitive

• Someone who finds it easy to build relationships
