Work as a Meeting Booker / Telemarketer from Home!
We are looking for you who enjoy working remotely and have good experience using the phone as your primary tool.
A requirement for the position is that you have previous experience in meeting booking, telemarketing, customer service, or field sales, and are therefore familiar with handling objections. Your main task will be to call cold leads and generate interest for booked meetings.
It is an advantage if you currently have your own business or F-tax status, but this is not a requirement.
About the Role
As a Meeting Booker / Customer Booker, you will book meetings for well-known companies. Currently, we are focusing on meeting booking for real estate agents (e.g., free valuations). Since you offer a free and highly valued meeting, the conversion rate is high, giving you as an experienced booker fantastic opportunities to quickly achieve good results. The work involves making cold calls to potential customers via our dialer.
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
- Scope: Full-time only
- Location: Remote Work – You must be able to sit undisturbed and have all necessary equipment (computer, headset, and stable internet connection).
- Salary: High commission based on the number of bookings. You get paid regardless of whether the meeting leads to a deal for the real estate agent. (No cap, no base salary, no guaranteed salary).
- Target Income: 25,000 - 45,000 SEK depending on performance.

Basic Requirements to Work with Us:
- Computer with a stable internet connection
- Headset for undisturbed phone conversations
- An ergonomic workspace at home where you are not disturbed
- Fluent Swedish
You should be:
- Confident and experienced in using the phone as a tool
- Experienced in calling cold leads
- Goal-oriented and competitive
- A person who thrives working remotely/from home
- Equipped with high social competence
- Someone who finds it easy to build relationships
