About the role – Technical sales focused on industrial customer solutions

In the role of Technical Sales Representative at Colly Components, you are responsible for developing our industrial customers in Småland. You will become part of an experienced and competent team consisting of a Sales Manager, Product Managers, Technical Sales Representatives, and Inside Sales staff, all driven by high quality and customer benefit.

You work closely with our customers in the manufacturing and workshop industries, helping them find the right technical solution based on their design, production, and application. The business is often complex and long-term, with the sales process starting with technical discussions together with designers, production managers, and purchasers.

Your solutions can range from selecting the right component to complete system solutions and assembly equipment. You receive strong internal support and close collaboration with our European suppliers, allowing you to focus on spending the majority of your time with the customer.

Initially, the focus is on getting to know Colly Components, our products, suppliers, and existing customers. The role is primarily based from a home office or co-working space in the region, with our headquarters and warehouse in Kista, Stockholm.

You will

  • Work closely with customers in your region and build long-term, trust-based relationships. You plan and conduct customer visits, lead technical dialogues, and identify improvement opportunities in the customer's design and production.
  • Drive the entire sales process from needs analysis and solution proposals to quotation, follow-up, and business closure. In the role, you coordinate internal resources such as Product Managers, Inside Sales, and suppliers to ensure the right solution and high quality in delivery.
  • Work systematically with CRM, follow up on activities, and ensure long-term processing of both existing customers and new business opportunities in the region.

You are

A business-driven and relationship-building person with experience from the industry in Småland, either from technical sales or from a role within production, design, or engineering. You have a genuine technical interest and thrive in dialogues where you gain an understanding of the customer's reality and challenges. You are communicative, receptive, and confident in meetings with customers. You work independently, take responsibility for your region, and understand the value of structure, planning, and persistence in sales work.

You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are accustomed to working in CRM systems.
