Our client in Vårgårda is growing and is therefore looking for a CNC Operator/CAM Preparator for their high-tech production.

About the role:

At our client's facility, you will work with one-off production of advanced components in a modern and technically developed environment. You will operate a 3-axis milling machine (Bridgeport XR1000), where programming is a natural part of the daily work. The role involves both CNC machining and CAM preparation, where you independently create programs and produce parts based on drawings and 3D models. The work demands high precision, technical understanding, and problem-solving skills. You will become part of an experienced team where quality and attention to detail are paramount.

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who wants to develop in their role and work with advanced and challenging products. You are an experienced CNC operator with good knowledge of CAM preparation. Additionally, you have a strong technical interest, are self-motivated, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility for the entire manufacturing process – from programming to the finished part.

Requirements:

• Experience with CNC milling
• Good programming skills
• Knowledge of reading drawings and 3D models
• Ability to work independently
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of Mastercam

Working hours: Daytime (flexible hours and time bank available)
Start date: According to agreement
Collective agreement: Yes
