Who are you?

We see you as a person with a strong work ethic who sees the big picture in every assignment. You take the time to listen to your user's needs, are attentive, humble, and confident in your professional role. A professional attitude is a given for you.

We prefer that you have experience working with people with multiple disabilities. You enjoy working with established routines but can also make independent decisions based on the individual's needs and wishes when necessary. A good mood and the ability to sense the atmosphere of the person you are working with are valuable traits.
