Socially Critical Responsibilities

The unit is responsible for the operation, development, and management of the agency's IT platform and network infrastructure. We are in a development phase where we are further developing our IT environment and working methods to meet the future needs of the business. We are now looking for a delivery manager who wants to help drive this work forward.

In this role, you are responsible for operationally leading and coordinating both daily delivery and the development of our working methods within IT infrastructure, operations, and management. You work closely with both internal functions and external suppliers and play a key role in creating structure, coordination, and progress in a technically complex environment.

The role includes:

• Leading and coordinating deliveries within IT operations and infrastructure
• Developing and improving working methods, processes, and collaboration
• Working with business continuity planning, recovery capabilities, and preparedness
• Being responsible for supplier and contract management
• Participating in budgeting and procurement processes
• Coordinating work between operations, development, and support functions
• Contributing to ensuring high IT security and compliance with security protection requirements.

The role requires a good understanding of technical environments and IT infrastructure, but you are not expected to be a technical specialist. Your strength lies in creating an overview, understanding the big picture, and driving work forward together with others.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in leadership or coordination in a technical organization with high demands on IT security
• Experience working with IT infrastructure, operations, and management
• Experience with business continuity planning, recovery planning, and preparedness work
• Experience working according to ITIL processes
• Experience with budget responsibility, procurement, as well as supplier and contract management
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with the Security Protection Act as well as related standards and regulations such as NIS2 and ISO 27001
• Experience collaborating between operations, development, and support
• Experience with identity management
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid architecture
• Knowledge of models for system management and experience with procured standard systems
• Experience working within a Swedish government agency
• Post-secondary education in IT, technology, or other relevant education, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.

You are communicative and have an easy time coordinating different stakeholders and creating progress even in complex contexts. Employment Conditions

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting as agreed. The employment may begin with a six-month probationary period. In this role, you will be employed as a Case Manager. The location is Solna.

Some of our tasks are classified, which means that a security investigation with registry check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before a decision on employment. Swedish citizenship is required for some classified tasks.

You may be part of the agency's crisis organization and may also be war-placed at the agency.
