At Attendo, you will step into an environment where development is highly prioritized. This is not a role where you inherit a finished framework and are expected to maintain it – here, you will help build something new from the ground up. You will develop modern web and mobile applications as well as AI-driven features used daily by care staff, relatives, and the business. At the same time, you will play a key role in shaping how the development team, working methods, and technical environment are built moving forward. AI will be a central part of how solutions are developed faster, smarter, and closer to the needs of the business. What you will do

You will become one of the first developers in Attendo’s new initiative for self-developed solutions. This means a broad and varied daily routine where you both build new things and help influence how development work is conducted moving forward.

You will, among other things:

• Develop new web and mobile interfaces on top of existing SaaS solutions
• Build and further develop user-centric web and mobile applications
• Work full-stack in modern frameworks and a cloud-based Azure environment
• Actively use AI tools in the development process to increase delivery speed and quality
• Explore and implement AI functionality directly in the applications
• Participate in technical decisions, architecture, and development principles
• Collaborate closely with architects, operations, data functions, and external development teams

Your team and workplace

You will work closely with architects and the development manager while having many contact points within the business and with external suppliers. The role is placed in an environment that is under construction, offering great opportunities to influence the team, working methods, and technical direction from the start.

The environment is Azure-based with CI/CD flows in Azure DevOps and container-based architecture. The focus is on modern technologies, relevant solutions, and long-term sustainable development.

About you

We believe you are a senior full-stack developer driven by building new things, creating structure, and influencing development forward. You thrive in environments where everything is not already defined and see opportunities rather than obstacles when you get to shape both technology and working methods.

To succeed in the role, you have experience with modern full-stack development and have worked with web and application development in modern frameworks.

You also have experience with:

• Cloud environments, preferably Azure
• CI/CD and modern development flows
• React Native or other mobile development

We also see that you have an interest in AI and already use AI-based tools as a natural part of your development work.

As a person, we believe you take initiative, generate solutions, and thrive in close collaboration with others while having the ability to drive work forward independently.
