Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate for our Iittala Outlet store in Älmhult.

Do you have a passion for design, quality craftsmanship, and creating memorable customer experiences? We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team. As an ambassador for our brands, including Iittala, Rörstrand, Fiskars, Arabia, and Moomin, known for their iconic glassware, tableware, and timeless designs, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

We are looking for someone who loves sales and personal service. As a sales associate with us, your primary responsibility is to ensure that every customer feels welcome and receives the best possible service. You understand your customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences. Your expertise in brands and products will enable you to effectively communicate the craftsmanship, quality, and unique stories behind each piece. At the same time, you will contribute to the visual appearance of the store, campaign implementation, and sales optimization.

Main Responsibilities

• Personal sales and customer service
• Register work
• Stocking and replenishing goods
• Daily store maintenance
• Involvement in and tracking of the store's key performance indicators
• Act as a good corporate ambassador and uphold the history of our brands

Education/Experience Requirements

• Experience in retail, preferably within design, interior design, or fashion where a sense of service is of utmost importance.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech & writing; additional languages are a plus.

This is a fixed-term position with a start date in May/June. The employment rate is approx. 3 hours/week, working every other weekend and during the summer, with the possibility of more hours.
