You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you will act as an advisor, drive feasibility studies, lead change and new development projects for clients, or manage in-house projects at Knightec Group. Expect a high degree of variation in the projects you lead. We are looking for Project Managers within several different areas. You may work within:

• Production Development
• Product Development
• Production Investments
• Process
• Quality

Qualifications We are looking for you who are self-reliant and solution-oriented with a strong technical interest. You have the ability to lead and motivate others. You are accustomed to handling complex projects and delivering results under both time pressure and changing conditions. In addition to your personal qualities, we require:

• A degree as a Civil Engineer, University College Engineer, or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Economics, or Electrical Engineering).
• At least 5–7 years of project management experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) as well as knowledge of product development, production processes, and quality assurance.
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.

As some of our assignments are subject to defense secrecy, a successful security clearance may be required for the role.

Practical Information This is a permanent position, located at our new, fresh office in Karlstad, Norra Strandgatan 17. Travel to our customers may occur as part of the role. Start date is as soon as possible or according to agreement.
