About the role
As a consultant with us, you are more than a specialist. You are an AI pioneer who helps our customers take real steps on their AI journey, from idea and strategy to implementation and value creation. You work at the intersection of development, AI, and business, understanding the technology deeply, but also how it creates value in reality.

You will:

• Combine your development background with solutions within machine learning, generative AI, and data-driven systems
• Challenge old ways of working and show what is actually possible
• Take an advisory role in technical and strategic decisions
• Be involved in building and developing our AI offering

We are looking for you who
We are looking for someone who not only follows the development within AI, but drives it. You who question, twist, and turn problems until you find something better. You see the big picture – not just the model and the code, but also the business, the people, and how AI creates real impact.

You also have:

• Several years of experience as a developer (programming languages are less important)
• Good experience with AI
• Ability to see the big picture and connect technology to business value
• Ability to engage in dialogue with customers and explain complex technology in an understandable way

For this role, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
