About the role

Our client in Götene is currently looking for a concrete mixer for their precast production. This position is a direct hire with our client, meaning it is not a temporary staffing assignment.

About the role:
At our client's site, your primary responsibility will be mixing concrete for precast production. You will be responsible for mixing concrete according to recipes and ensuring that the correct quality and consistency are achieved before production begins. This work is a crucial part of the manufacturing process and requires precision, responsibility, and a good understanding of the material. The role also involves close collaboration with the rest of the production team, contributing to an efficient workflow and high quality in the final product. For those who wish to develop their skills, there are excellent opportunities to broaden your knowledge in other areas of precast manufacturing over time.

Your profile:
We are looking for someone with experience in mixing concrete and a good understanding of the material's properties. It does not matter what type of industry you have worked in previously – what matters is that you have experience handling concrete and feel confident in your work. You are meticulous, responsible, and thrive in a practical role where quality and teamwork are key parts of everyday life.

Requirements:

• Experience in mixing concrete
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license and access to a car

Merits:

• Experience with casting
• Experience from precast production
• Education within concrete technology
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates

Working hours: Daytime
Start date: After agreement
