As a 3rd line support technician, you will be the one who takes over when cases require deeper analysis, advanced troubleshooting, or system-near actions. You will work in a broad and technically challenging environment with over 300 servers and a large number of business systems. The environment is broad and complex, meaning you will often encounter new technical challenges to grow in. You will handle escalated incidents, drive upgrades, analyze faults in both the application layer and server environments, and contribute to stable and secure operations. Requirements

• A couple of years of relevant work experience
• Alternatively, a Higher Education Diploma (YH) with experience in similar tasks
• Alternatively, recently graduated with a university degree in a relevant field
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
