We are now looking for a Production Planner who wants to become an important part of our operations and contribute to ensuring stable and well-functioning processes.

About the role – The hub between planning, purchasing, and production

As a Production Planner at Lövstjärnan Fabriks AB, you are responsible for planning, purchasing, and order management. You ensure that production is properly planned, that materials are available in time, and that customer orders are handled correctly and efficiently. The role involves close collaboration with production, logistics, quality, and suppliers, where you contribute to creating a smooth flow throughout the business. You will become a central link that balances demand, capacity, and material availability.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production based on customer orders, forecasts, and available capacity. Create and follow up on work orders, ensuring production plans are updated and efficient.
• Handle purchasing by placing orders, following up on deliveries, and maintaining ongoing dialogue with suppliers.
• Manage customer orders, ensure their accuracy, and register them in the business system.

About you

You are a structured and solution-oriented person with experience from production planning, purchasing, or order management within the manufacturing industry. You have a good understanding of how supply chain flows connect – from order to delivery. You are accustomed to working in business systems and find it easy to work in a data-driven manner with high accuracy. You thrive in a role where you handle multiple parallel processes and make decisions that impact daily production.
