ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a meticulous and structured Technical Coordinator to join a growing team in the manufacturing industry in Hallsberg. This role is designed to strengthen the team and is a key position where you contribute to ensuring that production is always well-prepared and that the right information is in the right place – at the right time.

You are equally comfortable behind the screen as you are out in production. In fact, you see the value in understanding the whole picture – knowing how things actually look in the workshop makes you a better coordinator.

You prepare and plan for changes in production and the workshop. This may involve ensuring that new information is posted at workstations, that operators have access to the correct technical documentation, or that barcodes and material flows are prepared for smooth retrieval.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare changes in the production environment prior to commissioning
• Create and maintain technical documentation and instructions
• Ensure that information is correct, up-to-date, and accessible to operators
• Handle material orders and inventory status in business systems (SAP)
• Coordinate with technicians and production management for optimal workflow
• Serve as an active link between the office and the workshop

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Have a technical background, preferably with experience from industry or production
• Have worked with coordination, technical documentation, or similar administrative technical roles
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, as the role involves contact with many different parties

IT IS AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with SAP or similar business systems
• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• An interest in digitalization and process development

AS A PERSON, YOU ARE

• Structured, meticulous, and enjoy creating order in complex flows
• Comfortable moving around in a workshop environment and understand the importance of the practical perspective

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.

• Scope: Full-time
• Start: Immediately, subject to notice period
