We are now looking for you who want to work in care for people with disabilities during the summer of 2026. We are looking for you who can step in where you are needed most, when it is needed most.

If you work at least 80% for 8 weeks during the period June 15 to August 23, you will receive an extra bonus of 8,000 SEK in addition to your base salary. If you work at least 90%, the bonus is 9,000 SEK, and for full-time work, it is 10,000 SEK.

In personal assistance, the summer bonus is 12,000–15,000 SEK depending on the degree of employment.

To be eligible for the summer bonus, you must be scheduled during your summer substitute period and you may not be absent more than 2 times for a maximum of 4 days. (Sick leave does not count.)

The bonus applies to both hourly-paid and monthly-paid summer substitutes.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for summer substitutes for several different operations:

Group and Service Housing

In your role, you base your work on the residents' individual needs and wishes and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical approach and working method. You support the residents and guide them with, among other things, leisure activities, personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, and social contacts. Administrative tasks, such as maintaining social documentation in accordance with current legislation and regulations, are included in the job responsibilities.

Personal Assistance

When you work as a personal assistant, you work with people of different ages who have some form of disability. Your workplace is in the user's home, and in daily work, you support the user with pedagogical motivation work, medication management, hygiene assistance, cooking, cleaning, and some administrative tasks.

The user's interests and daily life shape your workday, and depending on who you work with, the work will place varying demands on you.

Your Profile

For work in the above-mentioned operations, it is desirable that you have completed one of the following educations:

  • Nursing Assistant (Undersköterska)
  • Treatment Pedagogue
  • Childcare Worker with a social focus

Other corresponding education and/or experience is meritorious.

To fit and thrive in the role, you need to be interested, stable, and have communicative skills. You have a positive attitude, are easy to cooperate with, and adapt based on individuals' needs and situations that may arise. Your interaction is characterized by engagement, sensitivity, and a desire to work with people.

To be able to communicate with our customers and to document, good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement. To be eligible for employment, you must have completed Swedish primary school, or alternatively, have passed grades from SFI D. You need to have good technical skills as our work tools are digitalized.

A driver's license and driving experience with a manual transmission car is a requirement for some workplaces.

In disability care, the work is scheduled for all days and throughout the day. We expect you to be able to work weekdays as well as evenings and weekends. Night work occurs in several operations.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

To work in operations for children with disabilities, it is a requirement to present a certified extract from the police criminal record.
