About the role

We are currently looking for a structured and communicative Document Administrator for an exciting consulting assignment within the industrial and service sector. This role is ideal for you who thrive in a coordinating function with many contact points and have an interest in data quality, system work, and process improvement. As a Document Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating review and handover activities, as well as ensuring that documentation, follow-up, and actions are handled efficiently and in a structured manner. The role involves close collaboration with various functions and stakeholders within the business. You will also work with the analysis and validation of data in various business systems and contribute to improvement initiatives related to data quality and processes. The scope of responsibility may develop over time depending on the business's needs and priorities, including support in spare parts management for gas turbines and material registration.

Main responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

  • Coordinating handover reviews and follow-up activities
  • Planning and administering meetings
  • Ensuring documentation and follow-up of action points
  • Supporting cross-functional communication and problem-solving
  • Analyzing and validating data in SAP, PLM, Qlik, and Microsoft 365
  • Contributing to initiatives within data quality and process improvement
  • Supporting spare parts and material registration as well as catalog maintenance
  • Driving a structured and efficient completion of agreed activities

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are structured, communicative, and have a proactive approach to work. You thrive in a coordinating role with many contact points and find it easy to collaborate with different functions and stakeholders. You have an interest in data quality, system work, and process improvement, as well as the ability to drive tasks forward in an organized and efficient manner. It is meritorious for the role if you have experience working in SAP, PLM systems, Qlik, or similar tools, as well as Microsoft 365. If you also have experience from gas turbines, service, manufacturing, or other industrial operations, this is seen as a great advantage.
