In this role, you will belong to the IT section, which consists of four teams: Operations, Support, ERP, and Application.

As an Application Manager, you will become a key figure in shaping and driving the application management process for Dynamics 365. You will be offered excellent opportunities to influence your way of working in a fast-paced organization that is in a growth phase.

Responsibilities

In the role of Application Manager, you are responsible for managing and further developing Hydroscand's solutions within Dynamics 365. In connection with the transition from AX to D365, you will play a key role in setting standards and influencing the system's future development from an early stage. You are a central part of the IT team and are responsible for ensuring that the systems effectively support the needs of the entire business, as well as that they are driven according to established processes and strategies. You play an important role in initiating and participating in projects, coordinating external suppliers, and driving the development of D365 to optimize business value and user experience.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Further development and management of solutions within D365.
• Ensuring high quality that meets the business's needs.
• Participating in projects and acting as a contact person for questions related to D365.
• Ensuring that system documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with current laws and regulations.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Several years of experience in application management within D365 FnO.
• Experience in coordinating IT functions and projects.
• Experience in managing external suppliers and following up on deliveries according to agreed goals.
• Meritorious with experience in environmental scanning, working according to Evergreen methodology, and understanding of DevOps principles.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
