• Insurance brokerage and advisory services
• Customer dialogue via incoming and outgoing calls
• Customer service via phone and chat
• Sales and relationship building with a focus on customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluently speaks Norwegian (required)
• Has at least a high school education, preferably with a focus on economics
• Thrives in a social and goal-oriented environment where you work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Has the ability to combine self-confidence with humility and flexibility
• Is service-oriented, quality-conscious, and accustomed to working at a high pace

• Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Employment type: 6-month probation period, followed by permanent employment
• Working hours: Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00
