At Forenede Care, we are looking for you who want to work as a Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant and who wish to work for the entire summer or part of it at our home-like nursing home, Enebacken.

As a Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant with us, you work to provide good care, service, and healthcare to our residents. Every day at Forenede Care, you help shape the future of elderly care together with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues.

Enebacken is a nursing home with a total of 108 beds, offering various specialties such as short-term and respite care, day activities, as well as somatic and dementia care. The facility is located in the scenic area of Smedby in Åkersberga, close to meadows and forests.

About the Role

With us, you will have competent and dedicated managers who support and develop you in your role as a Care Assistant/Nursing Assistant, as well as in your personal development at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In this role, you will perform care and support based on the customer's wishes and in accordance with current assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. Tasks include personal hygiene, assistance with meal preparation and serving, answering alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction may involve conversations, games, cycling trips, music activities, or similar.

As a summer temporary staff member, you have good chances of getting an extension of your position or a permanent employment contract.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues on a part-time basis for a summer temporary position.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require proof of a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
