Job Description

Background/Assignment Description
The Supplier Security Unit is the requirement setter and supports, coordinates, and follows up on a government agency's internal work regarding security-cleared procurement.

The unit handles the entire process from special security clearance assessment to the signing and follow-up of security clearance agreements. Security clearance agreements aim to ensure security clearance in public procurement, contract conclusion, or in cooperation/collaboration.

The unit's work is largely linked to the agency's fulfillment of current security clearance legislation.

The assignment includes the following tasks:

• Security checks of consultants and security functions
• Processing of security clearance agreements and security clearance understandings

Requirements

• The consultant must have at least 5 years of work experience where Swedish security clearance legislation has been applied.
• The consultant must have at least 5 years of work experience in security clearance work, primarily within personnel security and security checks.
• The consultant must have at least 2 years of work experience in case processing, with experience of at least one digital case management system.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Merits: Experience from the public sector (at least 2 years).
