We are growing and looking for competent employees – right now, we are looking for you to become Malmö's best Rusta och Matcha coach! Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Accelerera din Framtid AB is an employment agency with 20 years of experience in helping people move forward in their careers. We work successfully with transition funds, the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), HR departments, and we consult for various authorities and businesses.

Accelerera operates based on several tenders, projects, and assignments, such as the Transition Fund, TSL, TSN, and Rusta och Matcha. We act as project holders, consultants, or representatives. We aim to shape the Swedish labor market with our expert knowledge and enthusiastic forward-looking approach. Whether it involves resolving unemployment situations, addressing motivation slumps, or promoting wellness, we are likely the optimal partner.

Although we are currently looking for Malmö's best Rusta och Matcha coach, other areas of work may be introduced to you at a later stage. The right candidate does not necessarily need to have worked with this specific tender before, but with the right mindset and our internal training, we will achieve the goal together!

The services are primarily performed at our various offices in Malmö, though occasional travel may occur.

The aforementioned tenders and assignments require respective qualifications. IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU ARE FORMALLY QUALIFIED BEFORE APPLYING FOR POSITIONS WITH US. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles.
