Responsibilities

In the role of foreman, you are responsible for daily production within earthworks and act as a key link between project management, skilled workers, and subcontractors. You are involved in the practical work while simultaneously planning, leading, and monitoring production.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and distribute daily work on-site
• Participate in production and support the team with earthworks
• Ensure work follows drawings, schedules, and quality requirements
• Monitor progress, resources, and materials
• Handle simple documentation such as daily logs and self-inspections

Grävtech operates in Norrbotten, and for this position, you will be based in the Malmfälten area. The role involves on-site work from Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience from the construction or earthworks and infrastructure industry, either in a similar role or as a skilled worker looking to take the next step. You have a good understanding of how production works and feel confident taking responsibility in daily operations.

Experience in foremanship is meritorious but not required. Previous experience with documentation, planning, or coordination is considered a plus.

You have a natural ability to create structure in everyday life and are not afraid to take initiative when needed.
