We are looking for a Demolition Project Manager!

NKR Demolition Sweden AB is now seeking a Demolition Project Manager for various projects in Northern Sweden (Kiruna and surrounding areas). If you have experience in demolition and possess strong communication skills, this could be the job for you!

NKR Demolition Sweden AB works with demolition, dismantling, asbestos remediation, environmental cleanup, cutting, blasting, crushing, and fire restoration. We have a recycling rate of 98% and are market leaders in demolition and recycling.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Demolition Project Manager who can lead and coordinate our demolition projects. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and follow-up of demolition projects, ensuring that the work is carried out according to applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

The role also includes:

• Leading and planning demolition projects.
• Coordinating and communicating with all involved parties.
• Handling invoicing, approval, and project scheduling.
• Supervising work and delegating tasks.
• Being responsible for quality control and documentation.

Your profile:

As a person, you are a natural leader who can motivate and lead teams to achieve their goals. You are meticulous, structured, and have very good communication skills. You collaborate easily and build relationships. You should be solution-oriented and have a strong focus on quality and safety. We also see that you enjoy working, are willing to go the extra mile, and thrive in a role with significant responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Project Manager in demolition or related areas.
• Fluent Swedish or another Nordic language, as well as fluent English in both speech and writing.
• Category B driver's license.
• Certification in Bas-U/Bas-P.
• Knowledge of construction and environmental legislation, including occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
