Arvidsjaur Mark & Anläggning is now seeking a paving worker ahead of the asphalt season. We are looking for someone with prior asphalt experience or as an experienced groundworker.

About the role

We are looking for you who are hardworking, responsible, and enjoy practical outdoor work. Prior experience with asphalt is highly valued.

If you have previously worked on surface preparation for paving, we also consider that a strong asset.

Key responsibilities include:

• Asphalt laying and paving work
• Surface preparation and groundwork before asphalt placement
• Operating rollers and other machinery

The specific duties may vary depending on your experience and the project. The right candidate will have opportunities to develop across multiple areas. Working hours are Monday to Friday. Short-term travel and overnight stays may be required.

We are looking for someone who

• Is hands-on and enjoys physical work
• Has a strong work ethic and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Valid B-class driver’s license
• Good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)

Qualifications that are a plus

• Experience with asphalt work
• C or CE driver’s license
• Experience working on roads
• Experience in groundworks and surface preparation
• Machinery operation skills, including roller driving

Start date: According to agreement
