Information about the training

Professionals Nord is carrying out this initiative together with Satellite Group and Bravida.

You will receive training that provides you with the right knowledge and practical skills to quickly step into the role of a ventilation technician.

After the training, you will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for Bravida for 18 months. The goal is a continued employment directly with Bravida.

Information about the training period

The training combines theory and practice to give you a good start in the profession.

You will gain knowledge in:

• Materials and components
• Reading drawings and system understanding
• Assembly and installation
• Construction process and safety
• Planning and digital tools

Study support is available during the training.

Schedule:

• Pre-study: August 3 – 14, 2026
• Training: August 17 – November 6, 2026
• First day at Bravida: November 9, 2026

Scope: Full-time

Location during training: Gothenburg

Work location: Kiruna

Information about the position

As a ventilation technician, you work with the installation and adaptation of ventilation systems in various types of projects.

You will have a varied daily routine where you:

• Work practically with assembly
• Plan parts of your own work
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professional groups

You will become part of a team with a good atmosphere and great development opportunities.

We are looking for you who

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have a B driver's license
• Can speak Swedish and English
• Have an interest in technology
• Are motivated to learn the trade
• Pass tests and background checks

We believe you are responsible, solution-oriented, and enjoy practical work. You like to collaborate but can also work independently.
