Responsibilities

In the role of foreman, you are responsible for daily production within earthworks and act as a crucial link between project management, skilled workers, and subcontractors. You are involved in the practical work while simultaneously planning, leading, and monitoring production.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and distribute daily work on site
• Participate in production and support the team in earthworks
• Ensure work follows drawings, schedules, and quality requirements
• Monitor progress, resources, and materials
• Handle simpler documentation such as daily logs and self-inspections

Grävtech operates in Norrbotten, and for this position, you will be based in Malmfälten. The role involves on-site work from Monday to Thursday.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience from the construction or earthworks and construction industry, either in a similar role or as a skilled worker looking to take the next step. You have a good understanding of how production works and feel confident taking responsibility in daily operations.

Experience in foremanship is meritorious but not a requirement. If you have previously worked with documentation, planning, or coordination, we view this as a plus.

We believe your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive in the role. You are someone who takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with others. You have a natural ability to create structure in everyday life and are not afraid to take initiative when needed. Since the role involves contact with various people, it is important that you are clear in your communication.
