About the role

As a security guard with us, you work to create safety and security for our customers. The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Patrolling and mobile guarding
• Alarm response
• Handling security incidents
• Static guarding when needed

The work requires responsibility, good judgment, and the ability to act calmly and professionally even in stressful situations.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive in this role, we believe you are someone who can keep their cool, make thoughtful decisions, and act professionally even in pressured situations. You are responsible, reliable, and have a good attitude towards both customers and colleagues.

The work involves great variation and requires that you can work both independently and together with others. Since the operations run around the clock, you need to be flexible and able to work varying hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, sense of responsibility, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Clean criminal record, drug-free, and sound financial standing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Security Guard Training VU1 and VU2

Merits

• Shop Control Officer Training
• Cash-in-Transit Training
• Experience with patrolling and alarm response
• Experience with shop control or cash-in-transit

Salary

Salary according to the collective agreement between Security Companies (Säkerhetsföretagen) and the Transport Workers' Union (Transportarbetareförbundet).
