To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a Document Administrator for a project at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development possibilities.

This is initially a 12-month consultancy assignment via Unik Resurs, with very good prospects for extension or permanent hire.

We conduct rolling selections, which means the assignment may be filled before the final application date.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Document Administrator, you will have a central and coordinating role where you are responsible for driving and following up on handover processes. The role involves close collaboration with various functions and stakeholders to ensure structure, quality, and progress in different processes and activities. You will work with documentation, follow-up, and data analysis in different system environments, as well as contribute to improvement initiatives and quality assurance. This is an excellent opportunity for you if you are at the beginning of your career and want to develop within administration, coordination, and system-related work.

Tasks:

  • Coordinate and follow up on workflows and activities related to handover processes
  • Plan meetings, maintain documentation, and follow up on activities
  • Support cross-functional communication and problem-solving
  • Analyze and validate data in SAP, PLM, Qlik, and Microsoft 365
  • Contribute to initiatives within data quality and process improvement
  • Support work related to spare parts and material registration, including catalog maintenance
  • Drive structured and timely follow-up of decided activities

Your Profile

  • Relevant university education or equivalent work experience with a desire to develop and grow in the role.
  • Good IT skills and interest in system-related work.
  • Experience with SAP, PLM, Qlik, and Microsoft 365 is meritorious.
  • English is required, and Swedish is meritorious.
