We are now looking for a service-oriented and positive receptionist for a summer substitute position during weeks 30–32 for our assignment in Norrköping.

About the position

As a receptionist, you will be the face of the company and be responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression. You will work with varied administrative and service-oriented tasks in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities

• Receive visitors and guests
• Handle phone calls and emails
• Book meeting rooms
• Handle mail and deliveries
• Simple administration and office services
• Ensure that the reception and common areas are presentable

Who are you?

• Service-oriented, responsible, and flexible
• Have good communication skills
• Enjoy meeting people
• Have good computer skills
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Previous experience in reception or customer service is an advantage

• Summer substitute position, weeks 30–32
• Location: Norrköping
• Working hours: Daytime
