Engaged substitute teacher sought for Montessori preschool.

Description:

Do you want to work in a safe, inspiring, and child-focused environment? We are now looking for an engaged substitute teacher for our Montessori preschool who can work on an as-needed basis.

Here, you will encounter a practice where the children's curiosity, independence, and desire to learn are at the center. We work based on Montessori pedagogy and place great emphasis on creating a calm, respectful, and stimulating environment for every child.

The preschool consists of two departments:

• 1–3 years: 8 children and 2 educators
• 3–6 years: 18 children and 3 educators

Responsibilities:

• Be involved in the daily work with the children
• Support children in their development and learning
• Contribute to a safe and positive environment
• Collaborate with permanent staff
• Maintain positive and professional cooperation with guardians

We are looking for someone who:

• has a genuine interest in working with children
• is secure, responsible, and flexible
• has good teamwork skills
• can work with short notice
• experience with preschool or Montessori pedagogy is an advantage

About the employment:

• Hourly employment (on an as-needed basis)
• Working hours vary according to need
• Start date by agreement
• Salary: Hourly wage by agreement
