About the operations
The Health Centre Bjästa is located approx. 20 km from Örnsköldsvik, has approx. 20 employees with different professions and approx. 5,200 listed patients. We work with the patient and each other in focus. We help each other so that everyone feels good and enjoys working here, and so that we can provide the best care to the patients.
As a Specialist Training Doctor (ST) in General Practice, you will develop in the role until you are a qualified Family Doctor. The work involves outpatient clinic duties and, periodically, medical assistance in specialized housing, home healthcare, and child healthcare.
You are responsible, together with your employer, for driving your own development and education. Contributing to the operations' learning, development, and improvements together with other employees is also part of the job. Do you want to become part of our team? We are now looking for an ST Doctor! The position is a full-time temporary assignment with start date as agreed until 2026-12-31.
Responsibilities
The work involves outpatient clinic duties and, periodically, medical assistance in specialized housing, home healthcare, and child healthcare. The work includes standard secondary duties and primary care on-call shifts. You are responsible, together with your employer, for driving your own development and education. You will also be responsible for your own patient list.
We work for a good work environment, which includes a reasonable workload and a continuous dialogue about the conditions of work and how we can develop continuously. You will work with, among other things:
- Standard primary care work
- Collaboration with Specialized Housing (SÄBO) and home healthcare
- Mentoring of medical students from the medical program
- Standard secondary duties and some primary care on-call shifts
Mentoring time and study time are prioritized. There is also some on-call work during evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who
- Is a licensed physician
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Has a valid B driving license
