Are you a secure, warm, and proactive person who enjoys working with children and young people?

We are looking for a personal assistant on a part-time basis for a 15-year-old boy who lives with his family in Ljungsbro. The work takes place in the home and involves being a natural part of everyday life – sometimes taking the lead, sometimes being in the background.

About the position:

Part-time with varying working hours as agreed. Outdoor activities are common, so you should enjoy being outdoors and be able to swim. Some physical training is included. A driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.

We are looking for you who:

• are non-smoking, punctual, computer literate, and have very good Swedish skills.
• Experience with PECS (TAKK), epilepsy, PEG, or tube feeding is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You are calm, stable, and solution-focused, with the ability to take initiative.
• You have imagination and engagement in finding fun, everyday activities.
• Strong scents should be avoided.

Personal qualities:

Secure, empathetic, stress-resistant, and positive – preferably with a sense of humor and a childlike spirit.

To thrive and grow in the role of a personal assistant, you need to have a well-founded view of humanity where the equal value of all people is a given.

You have courage, engagement, and a desire to make a difference for someone else. Good self-awareness, sensitivity, and flexibility are also important qualities.
