We are now looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant to a woman in her 60s living in central Gävle. Here you have the chance to become an important part of an experienced and tight-knit team that works together to offer the best assistance to our client.

At our company, all new assistants start as hourly substitutes. For the right person, we will then be able to offer a permanent part-time position.

The shifts are scheduled as 24-hour shifts with waiting time.

The client is always at the center. All assistance is based on the individual's needs, wishes, and right to self-determination. Our client appreciates a balance between a calm life at home and a daily life where one sometimes goes out for pleasant activities. We are therefore looking for you who enjoy a workday that can vary between quiet days at home and participating in activities. Perhaps you have some suggestions for pleasant activities to go out for sometimes?

Tasks you can expect include, among others:

• Support with mobility
• Support with communication
• Personal care
• Support with daily chores and enabling social activities

The most important thing is that the personal chemistry between you and the client works very well. But there are also some requirements that need to be met to work here:

Requirements:

• You handle the Swedish language very well in communication and understanding
• You have sufficient physical capacity to handle an active job
• You can work 24-hour shifts

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience in personal assistance or another profession within healthcare

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.
