We are looking for a physiotherapist for the Rehabilitation Center Lindesberg to work within orthopedics, specifically on the prosthesis section. The prosthesis section's mission is to perform elective hip and knee prosthesis surgeries. We are looking for you who, with a positive attitude, openness, flexibility, and a holistic view, can take great responsibility for your work as a physiotherapist. At the Rehabilitation Center, in addition to physiotherapists, there are also occupational therapists, social workers, and nursing assistants.

As a physiotherapist, your duties will mainly consist of ward and outpatient clinic work. Ward work is performed in a team together with rehabilitation assistants and primarily involves postoperative mobilization and rehabilitation. Outpatient work consists of initial assessments and postoperative follow-ups. Supervision of students is included in the role. The position also involves collaborating with and supporting colleagues when necessary, for example by covering shifts during absences.

You are a licensed physiotherapist and are interested in working in hospital care, as well as having an interest in orthopedics. We place great emphasis on personality as well as qualities such as teamwork, initiative, responsibility, and flexibility. It is important to us that you have an easy time creating good interactions with both patients and colleagues in the team. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities. Since the area of operation is new, routines and forms of collaboration are still evolving, and you should enjoy being part of development and change work.
