We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented Team Assistant for an exciting consulting assignment at Siemens Energy in Finspång, starting in June. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment where you support the business with important administrative functions and contribute to efficient working methods. Team Assistant
As a Team Assistant, you are responsible for supporting, developing, and streamlining administrative processes within the business.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to management, leadership groups, and employees
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees and consultants
• Manage permissions and provide user support in IT systems
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and internal activities
• Handle orders, purchases, and travel administration
• Drive administrative improvement initiatives
• Ensure internal communication and information dissemination
• Support occupational health and safety work and simpler follow-ups

We are looking for someone who has:

• Very strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong service orientation and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
• Experience in administrative work
• Good digital proficiency and experience working in various IT systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel

Languages:

• Swedish and English are required
