What you will do

• Tighten, repair, and maintain machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot and find solutions within mechanics
• Participate in development work and improvements in production
• Support and instruct colleagues in technical tasks
• Perform simple design and adaptation work when something needs to be built or improved
• Welding experience is a plus, but absolutely not a requirement

• You genuinely like technology. You are curious, solution-oriented, and used to taking matters into your own hands. Perhaps you have worked in industry, maintenance, or automation before. But just as important is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate.

Since we operate our own district heating network with pellet and pyrolysis boilers, on-call duties are part of the operations, so it is good if you are comfortable with that.
