Work with care – Become a personal assistant in Sjöbo

We are now, at the client's request, looking for a female personal assistant for a woman in Sjöbo who lives with a disability. We are looking for you who want to work during the summer, as well as those who are open to being a substitute during other seasons.

The work involves providing support both at home and during activities outside the home. The client has a great interest in gardening and is also active in several associations. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you, as an applicant, share this interest and enjoy being involved in various social settings.

We are looking for you who are engaged, receptive, and flexible. Previous experience within care and social services is advantageous, but it is also important that the personal chemistry is right and that you want to contribute to a meaningful everyday life for the client. Experience working with visually impaired persons is also an advantage.

Working Hours

• Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays, but weekends may occur.
• We appreciate that you are flexible and can step in when regular staff is absent due to acute or planned reasons.

Your Profile

To ensure you feel secure in the role, we would appreciate if you:

• Have previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar profession.
• Have experience working with visually impaired persons.

Other

• You are welcome to share the client's interest in gardening.
• A driver's license is a plus.
