Do you want a central role in a Swedish family business with strong growth, well-known brands, and high-paced logistics? We are now looking for a structured and analytical Logistics Planner who wants to ensure efficient and cost-aware logistics flows from production to customer.

THE ROLE
As a Logistics Planner/Flow Planner with us, you play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics flows between production warehouses, central warehouses, and our own depots. The role combines operational responsibility with analysis, development, and coordination of our logistics processes in close collaboration with the Logistics Manager and other departments such as procurement, production, sales, and marketing. You work both strategically and hands-on to optimize flows, inventory levels, and working methods. The position is based at our office in Sävedalen, Gothenburg, and you report to the Logistics Manager.

• Responsible for daily operations within the logistics function
• Ensure correct inventory levels and efficient warehouse management for production warehouses, central warehouses, and own depots
• Communicate with internal and external warehouses as well as logistics partners
• Responsible for the inventory process, including planning, execution, and follow-up
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels
• Responsible for customs handling, including procedures, compliance, and documentation
• Plan and book export shipments and warehouse transfers
• Manage pallet flows in connection with inbound and outbound deliveries
• Handle complaints and discrepancies with logistics suppliers
• Maintain and update logistics-related information in the business system Movex M3
• Drive and participate in development projects in collaboration with the Logistics Manager

WHO ARE YOU?

• Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or economics
• Good understanding of logistics flows, warehouse management, and transport processes
• Good knowledge of customs and export handling
• Good skills in Excel
• Good IT skills; experience with the business system Movex M3 is an advantage
• Analytical and logical ability with a structured working approach
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive improvements
• A service-oriented attitude and ability to build good internal and external relationships
